usque ad mortem, mortem autem crucis.
continuously to death, death moreover (by a) cross.

Propter quod et Deus exaltavit illum
Because (of) that and (therefore) God exalted him

et dedit illi nomen quod est super omne nomen.
and gave him name that is above all names.
