Revelation 5.8–14 - my translation
Here's my tweak on this passage, arranged for a responsive affirmation of faith.
The four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb singing a new song:
“Worthy are you for you were slain,
and by your blood you ransomed people for God
from every tribe, language, people, and nation,
and you have made them into a kingdom
and into priests for our God,
and they shall reign on the earth.”
Millions and hundreds of millions of angels sang with a loud voice:
“Worthy is the Lamb who was slain,
to receive power, wealth, wisdom, might,
honor, glory, and blessing!”
Every creature in heaven, on earth, in the ground, and in the sea sang:
“To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb:
Be blessing, honor, glory, and might
forever and ever! Amen!”
